Appartamento Franca - Como

This apartment is awesome! It's got a sofa where I can chillax and unwind after a long day of exploring Como. The air conditioning is a godsend, keeping me cool and comfortable during the hot summer days. And oh, the garden view is simply breathtaking! It's like a little slice of paradise right outside my window. As someone who loves karaoke and casinos, this place is perfect for me!

I wish there was a karaoke machine or a mini-casino in the apartment too. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Great location, friendly hosts, and stunning views. Clean and tidy with thoughtful touches like breakfast items provided. Easy access to the lake. Highly recommended.

Our stay was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including wi-fi and a flat-screen TV. The view from the outdoor dining area was jaw-dropping, and the air conditioning kept us cool in the summer heat. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was off-site parking available for our car. The kitchen was fully equipped with an electric kettle and cookware, and the bathroom was spotless. We were also thrilled to discover a delicious variety of breakfast options provided for us. Plus, the fact that there were no pets allowed and no smoking on site was a huge bonus. We cannot recommend this place enough!

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The hosts were friendly and picked me up from the train station. They provided maps and information about the city, and even gave me bus tickets to use. The apartment was super clean and they had stocked the fridge with food and beverages. The view from the balcony was amazing. the value for money was excellent and I will definitely book here again.

From the moment we arrived, Franca was the most gracious and helpful host. She were really good too make sure our stay was perfect. The apartment itself was lovely, comfortable, and looked super fresh. The view from the apartment was amazing. Franca even provided us with maps, essential food items, and even printed out the weather forecast for our entire stay. During my recent stay at Appartamento Franca, I was blown away by the level of hospitality and attention to detail. The apartment was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. The views from the terrace were fine, especially during sunrise and evening nightcaps. I was delighted to find a fridge stocked with delicious food products, ensuring that I didn't have to worry about any panic shopping trips. The bottle of Prosecco provided was also a good touch. the host, Franca, was the most cute and helpful individual, providing valuable tips for exploring the area. Thanks to the conveniently located bus stop just 50m away, I was able to easily visit Como town center, take a ferry to Bellagio, and even travel to Milan by train. The convenient location of the apartment also allowed for a pleasant 15-minute walk along the lake for a more scenic route to Como center. I highly recommend Appartamento Franca for an lovely and luxurious stay in Como.

The view and hospitality at Appartamento Franca were amazing. The property had basic breakfast food available, which was very helpful for us as women traveling alone.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.
